All yachts are inspected and insured, captained by licensed professionals, and equipped with life jackets, first-aid kits, VHF radio, and other required safety gear. A safety briefing is given before departure.
Safety comes first. If conditions are unsuitable, we may adjust the route, postpone, or offer a full refund/reschedule according to our weather policy. We monitor forecasts closely and will contact you if changes are needed.
Guests may reschedule their charter to another available date with a minimum of **72 hours’ notice** prior to the scheduled departure. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team. If the guest chooses not to reschedule, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, swimwear, a light cover-up or jacket, comfortable non-marking shoes (or go barefoot), a towel, and a waterproof bag for valuables. We provide life jackets, basic first-aid, and (on most trips) snorkeling equipment.
Standard packages usually include the yacht charter, professional captain and crew, fuel, basic soft drinks/water,local beer, snorkeling gear (if applicable), and insurance. Some tours also provide a light lunch, snacks, or a welcome drink. Premium meals, and hotel transfers are often optional extras.
